Structure and Covering Material

The greenhouse frame uses hot-dip galvanized steel tubes. Common span options include 6.4m, 8m, 9.6m, 10.8m and 12.8m. Column spacing, shoulder height and greenhouse length can be customized according to the project design. The covering material can be hollow tempered glass or single tempered glass.

Optional Greenhouse Systems

According to crop and climate requirements, the greenhouse can be equipped with top ventilation, side ventilation, external shading, internal shading, wet curtain and fan cooling, irrigation, heating, supplemental lighting, seedbed and automatic control systems.

Main frame material

High quality hot-dip galvanized steel structure, Zinc-coating 275g/m², service life over 20 years. All steel materials are field-assembled, no secondary processing required. The galvanized connectors and fasteners are not rusted for 20 years.

 

 

Covering Materials

Hollow tempered glass or single tempered glass, beautiful appearance, good light transmittance, long service life, easy to clean, the actual service life of more than 30 years.

 

 

Outside Shading System

The main function of the system is to cool and shade in the summer, so that the sunlight diffuses into the greenhouse to ensure that the crop is protected from glare of the sun.

 

 

Greenhouse roof window system

Greenhouse roof window system is mainly used for natural ventilation of greenhouse, the main role lies in the exchange of air inside the greenhouse and outside space, adjust indoor temperature, humidity and arbon dioxide concentration and other environmental factors, promote the growth of crops.

 

 

Fan wet cooling system

Wet curtain fan system is an evaporative cooling and ventilation unit integrating cooling, ventilation, dustproof and odor removal. It can reduce air temperature and ventilation through air circulation.
